Dear K R Zaveri & CoI am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service and quality of the ornaments I received from your company. Unfortunately, my recent experience with your company has left me feeling very dissatisfied.Firstly, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the ornaments I received. The workmanship and materials used were far below my expectations, and the ornaments appeared to be of a much lower quality than what was advertised. As a customer, I expect to receive items that are of a high standard, and this was not the case with my recent purchase.Furthermore, I was very disappointed with the customer service I received when I tried to address these issues. I found it difficult to get in touch with your customer service team, and when I finally did, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. I was left feeling like my concerns were not being taken seriously and that there was little effort being made to resolve the issues I was experiencing.As a customer, I value good quality products and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experience with your company has fallen far short of these expectations. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues and work towards improving your products and services in the future.Thank you for taking the time to read my email.
